Latecoere initiates a new liquidity contract with NATIXIS ODDO BHF
On March 31, 2026, Latecoere announced the establishment of a new liquidity contract with NATIXIS ODDO BHF. This partnership replaces the previous contract with Gilbert Dupont, which had been in place since July 2, 2012. At the closing date of that contract, the liquidity account held 518,757 shares and €14,259.52.
On April 1, 2026, NATIXIS ODDO BHF SCA will manage this new contract for a renewable one-year term. This partnership complies with regulations, in particular AMF Decision No. 2021-01. The contract aims to stimulate trading in LATECOERE shares on Euronext Paris.
The contract stipulates precise conditions for suspension and termination. Latecoere, listed on Euronext Paris, thus continues to effectively structure its liquidity management.
