Sale of Heidsieck & C° Monopole by Vranken-Pommery to Lanson-BCC
On October 1, 2025, Vranken-Pommery Monopole and Lanson-BCC officially entered into a memorandum of understanding for the sale of Heidsieck & C° Monopole. Vranken-Pommery Monopole, owner of the brand since 1996, accepted Lanson-BCC's offer of €50 million. The agreement also includes the sale of the brand's wine library and its inventory of historic products.
The transaction is in line with Vranken-Pommery's strategy to refocus on its flagship Champagne Pommery & Greno brand. The group is aiming to reduce its debt and plans to change its name to Maison Pommery & Associés in January 2026.
For Lanson-BCC, this acquisition strengthens the identity of Maison Burtin and ensures its sustainability, based on partnerships with 650 Champagne winegrowers.
