LANSON-BCC Reports Decline in 2025 Earnings Amid Challenging Market Conditions
LANSON-BCC announced a challenging financial year for 2025 with revenues reaching €233.3 million, down 8.7% from the previous year. The Champagne-focused group reported a net income of €16.2 million, marking a significant decrease of 31.9%. Earnings per share were €2.40, with the company proposing a dividend of €0.60 per share.
The group's decline, in part due to higher production and inventory costs, comes despite efforts to enhance product value and maintain commercial discipline. The global Champagne market faced a 2.1% volume decline, impacting LANSON-BCC's sales domestically and abroad.
In a strategic move to bolster its brand portfolio, LANSON-BCC acquired Heidsieck & C° Monopole for €50 million. This acquisition aligns with the group's strategy of premiumization and long-term value creation.
