LANSON-BCC: H1 2026 Revenue Growth Amidst Market Challenges

Stock price chart of LANSON-BCC (EPA:ALLAN) showing fluctuations.

LANSON-BCC Group reported a 7.7% increase in revenue for the first half of 2026, reaching €99.1 million. This growth benefits from integrating Champagne Heidsieck & C° Monopole. However, income from ordinary operations fell by 20% to €8.7 million, and net income decreased to €0.4 million, attributed to rising grape prices and high inventory financing costs.

The global Champagne market saw a marginal growth of 1.2%, reaching 107.1 million bottles, influenced by a 3.8% increase in exports, despite a 3% decline in the French market. LANSON-BCC saw an 8.6% rise in French revenue, with exports up by 6.8%, bolstered by sales to the UK and Germany.

The group's net financial debt rose due to the acquisition of Champagne Heidsieck & C° Monopole and maintaining large inventories. Outlook remains cautious amid economic uncertainties, emphasizing the importance of improving stock-to-sales ratios.
