Lagardère Updates Voting Rights and Share Capital Information
On January 7, 2025, Lagardère released amended information on its share capital and voting rights. As of December 31, 2024, Lagardère's share capital consists of 141,194,938 shares. The number of exercisable voting rights stands at 208,095,805, after accounting for shares without voting rights, such as treasury shares.
The number of theoretical voting rights is slightly higher at 208,242,886, reflecting all shares entitled to voting rights, including those without current voting ability. This data revision replaces the prior publication dated January 6, 2025.
The adjustments comply with Articles L 233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and 223-16 of the AMF's regulations. Lagardère, a French joint-stock company, holds a share capital valued at €861,289,121.80, with each share valued at €6.10.
