La Française de l'Énergie's Half-Year Liquidity Contract Update
La Française de l'Énergie, listed on Euronext under FDE, released its half-year statement on the liquidity contract managed by TP ICAP (Europe). As of December 31, 2025, the liquidity account held 1,704 company shares and €107,406.70 in cash. Throughout the second half of 2025, the company negotiated the purchase of 7,669 shares for €244,943.90 across 283 transactions and the sale of 7,170 shares totaling €228,472.20 across 304 transactions.
Comparatively, on June 30, 2025, the account comprised 1,205 shares and €125,392.53 in cash. The next announcement is scheduled for January 21, 2026, detailing H1 FY26 revenues.
