Kumulus Vape Undertakes a Capital Reduction
Kumulus Vape, a player in the e-cigarette sector, has announced the cancellation of 40,000 treasury shares. Meeting on December 30, 2025, the Board of Directors made this decision based on the authorization granted by the Combined General Meeting on June 23, 2025. This transaction results in a reduction of the share capital by €2,000, from €153,328.85 to €151,328.85.
The cancelled shares were part of a previously implemented share buyback program. Following this action, Kumulus Vape retains 287,592 treasury shares, representing approximately 9.5% of its share capital. This active management ensures flexibility in the use of the remaining shares.
For more information on the buyback program, investors can consult the company's official website.
