Krones AG Adjusts Revenue Projections for 2026 and 2028
Krones AG has revised its revenue growth forecast for 2026 and adjusted its medium-term targets for 2028. The adjustment is based on preliminary results up to September and the plan for the fourth quarter. The company now anticipates a revenue growth of 1% to 2% for 2026, down from the previous 3% to 5% projection. This revision is largely due to adverse market conditions, exacerbated by geopolitical tensions and macroeconomic uncertainties.
Krones reported approximately €4,100 million in revenue for the first nine months of 2026. Adjusted for currency effects, this figure is roughly €4,140 million. Despite the lowered forecast, the company maintains its EBITDA margin expectation of 10.7% to 11.1% and ROCE of 19% to 20% for 2026.
The 2028 revenue target is also adjusted to €6.0 bn to €6.2 bn, down from €7 bn. Nonetheless, the medium-term EBITDA margin remains at 11% to 12%, confirming a ROCE target exceeding 20%.
