Kopernik Global Investors crosses thresholds at EUROAPI

On January 12, 2026, EUROAPI announced that Kopernik Global Investors, LLC, based in the United States, had crossed below the 5% threshold of its share capital and voting rights. As of January 7, 2026, Kopernik held 4,739,515 EUROAPI shares, representing 4.96% of the share capital. This decrease resulted from a sale of shares on the market.

Kopernik Global Investors acts on behalf of clients whose portfolios it manages. In addition to the shares representing 4.96% of the share capital, Kopernik also holds an additional 424,683 shares for other clients, who retain their voting rights.
