Kopernik Global Investors crosses a threshold at ERAMET

ERAMET, listed on Euronext Paris, announced that Kopernik Global Investors, LLC, has crossed the 5% threshold of the company's share capital. In a letter received on February 24, 2026, and supplemented on February 27, Kopernik confirmed that it has held 1,559,523 ERAMET shares since February 19. These shares represent 5.42% of the share capital and 3.16% of the voting rights.

This increase resulted from a market acquisition. Although Mr. David Iben controls Kopernik, he does not personally own any ERAMET shares. Other shares, representing some additional voting rights, are held on behalf of Kopernik's clients.
