Kontron AG Sees Significant Profit Growth and Record Cash Flow

Kontron AG reported a remarkable increase in profitability and operating cash flow in its 2025 Annual Report. Despite a minor revenue dip to EUR 1,607.3 million, primarily due to portfolio adjustments, net income soared to EUR 141.1 million, marking a 55.6% rise from the previous year. EBITDA also rose sharply to EUR 237.4 million.

The Software + Solutions sector drove growth, increasing revenues to EUR 590.7 million. Kontron's operating cash flow peaked at EUR 167.7 million, enhancing its financial standing despite challenges in the environmental technology segment.

Looking ahead, Kontron expects revenue growth to EUR 1.75 billion to over EUR 1.8 billion in 2026, with major contributions from its Defense and Transportation divisions. The company remains optimistic about further expansions and acquisitions to solidify its position in key markets.
