Conducted with 500 HR decision-makers in the UK and Germany, the study reveals that 80% desire more robust AI assimilation, and 44% criticize consultancies for lagging in AI technology adoption.

In the shifting landscape, 46% of UK HR leaders believe AI could replace much consultant work, with 70% noting reduced spending on consultancies attributed to AI adoption. The transition calls for a blend of AI and human expertise, maintaining oversight while enhancing efficiency.

Challenges with traditional consultancies persist, with unmet expectations creating a 'Complexity Tax'. Despite high engagement with consultancies, only 26% find them essential, with cost transparency and inefficiency cited as major pain points.
