Knorr-Bremse Announces Dividend Increase and Board Elections

Knorr-Bremse AG has announced a 9% increase in its dividend at its Annual General Meeting. Shareholders will receive €1.90 per share for the 2025 fiscal year, compared to €1.75 the previous year. This rise results in a total distribution of €306.3 million, reinforcing the company's ongoing dividend policy.

The meeting also confirmed re-election of shareholder representatives to the Supervisory Board. Dr. Reinhard Ploss continues as Chairman. Notably, Dr. Christian Schlögel, an expert in digitalization, was elected, taking over from Dr. Sigrid Nikutta, who decided not to seek re-election. His expertise in digital transformation is expected to enhance the Board’s strategic focus.
