BNP Paribas crosses thresholds in KLEPIERRE
On March 17, 2026, BNP Paribas announced that it had crossed the 5% threshold of KLEPIERRE's share capital and voting rights. This threshold was reached through companies controlled by BNP Paribas, totaling 14,556,179 shares, representing 5.07% of the rights and share capital.
This share acquisition was carried out off-market. It includes 13,133,660 shares via BNP Paribas Financial Markets Paris, and 1,367,418 shares via BNP Paribas Securities Services.
In addition, 50,000 shares are held through vanilla option contracts. Furthermore, convertible bond and swap contracts allow BNP Paribas to hold an additional 5,985,309 and 4,601,443 shares respectively, exercisable between 2026 and 2027.
