KLEA HOLDING, listed on Euronext Growth, recently reported its share buyback transactions. This announcement is in accordance with Article 5 of the Market Abuse Regulation. From September 14 to 18, 2026, the group acquired a total of 300,000 shares. The transactions were carried out on the Paris market (XPAR).
Daily trading volumes ranged from 42,000 to 201,000 shares, with an average purchase price varying between €0.143 and €0.154 per share. This share buyback reflects KLEA HOLDING's commitment to its value creation strategy, in line with its ambition for economic development in the Middle East.
