Klea Holding Relaunch and Inauguration of Klea Health

On September 8, 2026, Klea Holding announced a gradual resumption of operations at its subsidiary Smart Salem in Dubai. After a challenging few months due to geopolitical tensions impacting the Middle East, the company observed an improvement starting in June. In July and August, the decline in activity was limited to 20% at constant exchange rates, compared to the first half of the year. The teams' efforts to adapt and reduce costs helped maintain profitability.

As part of a strategic move, Klea Holding is launching Klea Health. This new brand leverages its expertise in wellness and longevity, which already represents 15% of its business in the first half of 2026. It aims to become a benchmark in Dubai by offering prevention, wellness and longevity services, drawing on the expertise and infrastructure of Smart Salem.
