Le 29 juin 2026, Klea Holding (FR0013481835 - ALKLH), a communiqué sur ses rachats d'actions propres conformément à l'article 5 du règlement MAR. Le groupe, axé sur la croissance au Moyen-Orient, a effectué deux transactions en juin. Le 24 juin, 38 000 actions ont été rachetées à un prix moyen de 0,182 € par action. Deux jours plus tard, le 26 juin, 156 000 actions ont été acquises pour 0,176 € chacune. Ces mouvements ont eu lieu sur le marché Euronext Growth à Paris.
Klea Holding continue de réaliser sa stratégie de développement économique dans la région MENA. L'entreprise utilise ses activités à forte croissance, telles que Smart Salem et Klea Pharmaceuticals, pour renforcer son ancrage dans le secteur de la santé au Moyen-Orient.
