KLARSEN: Resolution of the Dispute with PADAM
Klarsen (FR0011038348, ALKLA) announces the amicable resolution of its dispute with PADAM. An agreement has been reached, ending all litigation. Klarsen's principal shareholder has acquired PADAM's claim, including a waiver of €882,000 in favor of Klarsen.
The Commercial Court of Bordeaux formalized this resolution on July 22, 2026, following PADAM's withdrawal from its receivership proceedings against Klarsen. PADAM also lifted all enforcement measures.
This outcome allows Klarsen and its subsidiaries to overcome the conflicts related to the ITL acquisition and stabilize their business. All pending legal proceedings between Klarsen and PADAM are now closed.
