Klarsen adjusts its financial communication calendar
Klarsen, a French company specializing in data marketing, has changed its financial reporting calendar. The Board of Directors has decided to discontinue quarterly revenue reporting. This decision aims to better reflect a significant period of transformation for the Group. Klarsen will now focus on semi-annual and annual reports.
The results for the first half of 2026 will be published on October 22, 2026, after market close. The company ensures prompt communication in the event of inside information, in accordance with regulations.
Two General Meetings are scheduled in Bordeaux: the one on September 29 will focus on approving the 2025 financial statements and renewing the auditor's term. The one on October 8 will examine the capital increase and other important resolutions.
