Klarsen: 2024 assessment and 2025 outlook
French data marketing specialist Klarsen experienced a year marked by internal restructuring in 2024 following the acquisition of ITL/DAFI. Revenue fell 5% to €6.3 million. The "Data Rental and Processing" division experienced a slowdown of nearly 10%, linked to a postponement of client campaigns. Despite this, new monetization levers emerged, notably the K-ID product.
Marketing activities grew by 20%, boosted by new offerings. Software publishing, with major upgrades to the DAFI ERP, grew by 30%. By 2025, Klarsen aims to return to 2023 levels of activity, supported by expanding its customer portfolio and optimizing its tools. The long-term strategy focuses on organic and external growth, with a revenue target of €20 million within three years.
