Dispute with Padam: Klarsen faces business continuity risks
Klarsen, a French data marketing specialist, is alerting its shareholders to a dispute with Padam concerning vendor financing for the acquisition of ITL-DAFI. The Paris Commercial Court has upheld Padam's request, authorizing the seizure and auction of ITL shares held by Klarsen. This sale could take place on May 12, 2026.
An appeal is underway to suspend the execution of this judgment. If Padam's legal action is successful, Klarsen would lose its main operating asset, representing more than 80% of its revenue, thus jeopardizing its continued operation. Access to short-term financing and discussions regarding external growth would be severely impacted.
