Klarsen adopts all its resolutions at the 2026 AGM
The French group Klarsen, specializing in data marketing, announced the adoption of all resolutions at its general meetings in September and October 2026. At the ordinary general meeting, shareholders approved the 2025 accounts and renewed the authorization to buy back shares as well as the mandate of its auditor.
At the combined general meeting in October, Olivier Cornelis was appointed to the board of directors for a six-year term, and the authority to conduct a capital increase was delegated to the board. This cycle marks the end of a restructuring carried out throughout 2026, and Klarsen is now looking ahead to a new phase of development. The company continues to consolidate its core businesses and explore new growth opportunities, with projects such as DIMEA.
