EcoGraf Partners with DEG Impulse for Tanzanian Development

EcoGraf Limited has progressed an application for co-funding with DEG Impulse, part of Germany's KfW Group, to back community initiatives in Tanzania's Epanko Graphite Project. This initiative falls under the German develoPPP program, supporting sustainable private-sector endeavours. Initial discussions took place in Frankfurt as part of broader Epanko project financing efforts with KfW IPEX-Bank.

The project involves social and environmental upgrades, including water, sanitation, and power systems for resettlement housing, educational facilities, and a community health center. Vocational training, waste management, and environmental programs are also planned. The funding request is currently in its final stages, targeting a start date of July 2026, pending approval. These actions align with international standards, reflecting EcoGraf's commitment to sustainable local benefits alongside project development.
