KHD Humboldt Wedag annonce un changement à sa direction.
La société KHD Humboldt Wedag International AG, basée à Cologne, en Allemagne, a annoncé un changement important au sein de sa direction. Son conseil de surveillance a accepté la démission de M. Jianlong Shen, actuellement président du directoire (directeur général). M. Shen quittera ses fonctions le 20 décembre 2025.
En réponse à cette évolution, le Conseil de surveillance a nommé M. Heng Xiang président du Directoire (directeur général). M. Xiang prendra ses fonctions le 20 décembre 2025. Cette transition à la tête de KHD Humboldt Wedag devrait lui permettre d'entamer une nouvelle phase de son développement.
