Keyrus strengthens its presence in Asia-Pacific with the acquisition of Vuealta
Keyrus Group, a global player in consulting and data and AI technologies, has announced the acquisition of Vuealta Holdings Limited, a UK-based enterprise performance management (EPM) company using Anaplan. This acquisition strengthens Keyrus' presence in Asia-Pacific, a crucial region for its strategic expansion.
Vuealta, with its 30 Anaplan experts based primarily in Singapore, reports annual revenue of €4 million. This acquisition allows Keyrus to strengthen its EPM capabilities, particularly through its teams in Singapore, the Philippines, and Vietnam, which offer a range of specialized services. This development reinforces Keyrus's Anaplan delivery capabilities in the region.
