Key Group exceeds the 5% threshold in Renault's capital

According to a statement received on October 14, 2026, Key Group Long Term Investments LP has crossed the 5% threshold of Renault's share capital. Acting on behalf of funds it manages, Key Group now holds 5.23% of Renault's share capital and 3.81% of its voting rights, representing 15,457,600 shares.

This increase results from the rise in shares held through assimilation. Key Group controls, through affiliated companies, 10,455,100 shares via long call option contracts exercisable until 2027 and 2028. In addition, it holds 5,002,500 shares resulting from equity swaps exercisable from 2036 to 2036.
