Key Amendments to the FCA Official List
The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has announced amendments to the Official List as of April 7, 2026. The changes involve a series of Covered Bonds initially issued by Clydesdale Bank plc, which are now attributed to Nationwide Building Society. These securities include various series with maturities ranging from June 2026 to January 2029, with interest rates varying from 0.01% to 4.625%.
Each series is fully paid, with denominations starting at GBP100,000 or EUR100,000, adjustable in specific increments. These securities will be listed and traded on the London Stock Exchange and possibly other Recognised Investment Exchanges.
Any inquiries regarding these amendments should be directed to the FCA's Issuer Management team.
