Kering Releases Semi-Annual Report on Liquidity Mandate
Kering has published its semi-annual report on share quotations liquidity, managed by Rothschild Martin Maurel. As of December 31, 2025, the liquidity account held no shares and €26,758,628. The number of buy-side executions reached 19,886, while sell-side executions totaled 19,982 for the semester. The volume traded on the buy side was 406,850 shares amounting to €109,626,118.98, and on the sell side, it was 407,090 shares worth €109,713,530.17.
Comparatively, as of June 30, 2025, the liquidity account had 240 shares and €26,395,783. For that period, buy-side transactions were 15,526, with the sell-side at 16,774. The traded volume on the buy side was 380,540 shares for €79,648,592.58, and on the sell side, 380,300 shares corresponding to €79,496,652.28. These figures indicate increased activity in the latter half of 2025.
