Kering forges a strategic alliance with ICCF and takes a minority stake

Luxury group Kering has announced a strategic partnership with ICCF, focused on developing the ICICLE brand. Kering is acquiring a minority stake in ICCF, thereby strengthening its influence in the luxury sector. This partnership combines Kering's European expertise in brand development with ICCF's experience in the Chinese cultural landscape.

The goal is to support the ICICLE brand, founded in Shanghai in 1997, in its international expansion and the broadening of its product range. ICICLE, known for its natural materials and oriental aesthetic, already has more than 200 stores in key cities such as Paris.

This partnership is part of Kering's House of Wonders initiative, which aims to support emerging luxury brands with significant cultural potential.
