Kering will gradually acquire the Raselli Franco Group
On December 18, 2025, Kering announced an agreement to acquire Raselli Franco Group, a renowned manufacturer in the luxury jewelry sector. Initially, Kering is acquiring a 20% stake for €115 million, with the aim of completing the acquisition by 2032.
