Kering's Board of Directors will propose two new independent directors at the upcoming Annual General Meeting on May 28, 2026. The nominees are Marie-Hélène Chenut and Laurent Kleitman. Chenut, a seasoned executive with over 35 years at Chanel, brings significant expertise in marketing and talent development. Kleitman, currently Group Chief Executive of Mandarin Oriental, has extensive experience managing luxury brands globally.

The meeting will also mark the resignation of Jean-Pierre Denis, who has been with the board since 2008. Denis, having served in multiple roles including Chairman of the Audit Committee, has been acknowledged for his rigorous service and commitment to sustainability.

If approved, Kering's board will consist of 13 members, 64% of whom will be independent, with a diverse representation of 45% women across five nationalities.
