KAUFMAN & BROAD ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING: APPOINTMENTS AND CHANGES

At the Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting held on May 5, 2026, Kaufman & Broad SA approved all the resolutions on the agenda. Under the chairmanship of Nordine Hachemi, three new directors were appointed for a three-year term. Émeric Burin des Roziers, Myriam Maestroni, and David Laurent join the board as independent directors.

Following the meeting, David Laurent was appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer. He has led the group's commercial and residential activities in the Île-de-France region since 2011. This strengthening of governance is part of Kaufman & Broad's energy transition and urban planning strategy.
