Kaufman & Broad 2025 Share Repurchase Program

On May 6, 2025, Kaufman & Broad unveiled the description of its share buyback program. This program, authorized at the General Meeting of the same day, allows the company to repurchase up to 10% of its capital, or 1,986,202 shares. However, given the 256,952 shares already held, this number is reduced to 1,729,250. The maximum purchase price per share is set at €50.
Priority objectives include market stimulation, retention for external growth, hedging of employee stock option and share plans, hedging of securities, and potential cancellation of shares. This program is planned for a duration of 18 months, until November 6, 2026.
