Karbon-X Sponsors Austrian Basketball Team BK Dukes

Karbon-X Corp., a climate solutions company, has signed an agreement to become the official name sponsor of Austria's BK Dukes basketball team. From now on, the team will be known as the BK Karbon-X Dukes. This collaboration aims to integrate sustainability initiatives within the team, including emissions reporting and offsetting measures.

Following their recent Austrian Cup win, the Dukes will adopt measures to offset Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions and incorporate an emissions offset fee in ticket sales. This initiative aligns with Karbon-X's strategy to integrate climate solutions into mainstream European and North American platforms.

The partnership is set to debut in the 2025-2026 season, focusing on creating a culturally integrated approach to climate action and sportsmanship.
