Karbon-X Introduces SkyXero for Real-Time Flight Emissions Tracking

Karbon-X Corp. has launched SkyXero, a mobile app designed to track and balance flight emissions in real time. The app allows travelers to calculate the emissions of their flights easily and contribute to verified climate projects worldwide. This initiative aligns with the growing demand for sustainable travel solutions and debuts during Earth Month.

SkyXero offers a user-friendly interface for entering flight details and instantly calculating emissions. It provides access to a portfolio of third-party verified climate projects, including those certified by Verra and Gold Standard. Karbon-X will match contributions made through the app up to USD $250,000, supporting its commitment to climate impact.

Chad Clovis, CEO of Karbon-X, emphasizes the need for accountability in travel. "SkyXero simplifies understanding impact and taking action," he notes. Zarko Mandic, Vice President of Technology, states that the app streamlines traditionally complex processes, integrating real-time emissions calculations with a seamless user experience.
