Kapsch TrafficCom Subsidiary to Receive EUR 27 Million from Arbitration with Germany
Kapsch TrafficCom AG has announced that its subsidiary, MTS Maut & Telematik Services GmbH, is set to receive around EUR 27 million. This follows a settlement agreement with the Federal Republic of Germany, concluding arbitration proceedings related to a terminated contract for the automatic control of an infrastructure charge.
The settlement is expected to be finalized in the coming days. This outcome resolves reciprocal claims linked to the planning and operation of the automatic control system. The financial impact aligns with the projected outlook for the 2025/26 fiscal year, maintaining revenues at EUR 510 million and an EBIT of approximately EUR 45 million.
