KAP AG Annual General Meeting Approves All Resolutions
The Annual General Meeting of KAP AG, based in Fulda, approved all resolutions proposed by the Management Board and Supervisory Board with a clear majority. Around 80% of the share capital was represented at the event. The meeting focused on the ongoing restructuring programme, which aims to strengthen the company’s competitiveness and profitability. CEO Ralph Rumberg highlighted the need for changes following the 2025 financial year.
The restructuring involves targeted sales measures, capacity adjustments, and a simplified holding structure. KAP AG aims to achieve earnings impacts between €15 million and €18 million by 2028. Specific actions include engaging sales experts in the US automotive sector and closing plants in Germany, with a focus on optimizing production capacities.
Revenue for 2026 is forecasted between €230 million and €250 million, with normalised EBITDA between €19 million and €23 million.
