Kalray Publishes the Total Number of Voting Rights and Shares
On October 6, 2026, Kalray, a company specializing in intelligent processors, announced the total number of voting rights and shares in its capital in Grenoble. As of September 30, 2026, the company had 18,522,872 shares, aligned with the theoretical number of voting rights. The actual voting rights amounted to 18,505,170. Treasury shares totaled 17,702.
