Kalray Ends Equity Line Agreement with IRIS
On February 10, 2026, Kalray, a provider of data processing technologies, announced the termination of its equity line with IRIS, originally signed on July 11, 2024. The agreement enabled Kalray to raise €6 million through bonds redeemable in new shares. The final bonds were redeemed on January 19, 2026.
Kalray opted not to utilize the remaining €4 million available under the equity line, deciding to terminate the agreement. The company confirmed that no dilutive instruments related to this agreement exist or will be issued.
Currently, Kalray has no plans to pursue similar financing in the future. The company will next release its FY 2025 results on April 23, 2026.
