Kalray changes manager for its liquidity contract
On February 27, 2026, Kalray announced the termination of its liquidity contract with Gilbert Dupont, which had been in place since July 2018. Effective March 2, 2026, Portzamparc will take over the management of this contract on the Euronext Growth Paris market until the end of the year, with the possibility of renewal. This decision complies with European and national legal frameworks governing market practices.
The balance sheet for the contract with Gilbert Dupont shows a final balance of 12,540 shares and €67,048.11 in cash, compared to zero shares and €250,000 at its inception. A total of 650,929 shares were purchased in 2025 for €482,011, and 651,428 were sold for €490,066.
Portzamparc will begin with the same resources as those found at the close of the previous contract. The contract will strictly comply with the regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF).
