Kalray announces the end of its financing line with IRIS

On February 10, 2026, Kalray, a company specializing in technologies for data processing from the cloud to the edge, announced the completion of its equity financing line with IRIS, initiated in July 2024. This arrangement raised €6 million through the issuance of bonds redeemable in new shares. The last bonds held by IRIS were redeemed on January 19, 2026.

Kalray chose not to use the full line of credit, thereby terminating the contract, with no intention of entering into another similar arrangement. Effective immediately, no dilutive instruments related to this contract will be issued. The company's next publication will cover its 2025 annual results, expected on April 23, 2026.
