Kalray Announces the Number of its Voting Rights and Shares
Kalray, a company specializing in intelligent processors, announced on April 9, 2025, the total number of voting rights and shares constituting its capital as of March 31, 2025. The total number of shares amounts to 11,201,816, with an identical theoretical number of voting rights. However, the actual number of voting rights is 11,161,297, taking into account treasury shares. Indeed, 40,519 shares are treasury shares held by the company.
