Kaleon SpA 2026 financial agenda

Kaleon SpA, a specialist in tourism development, has announced its financial calendar for 2026. The Borromeo family, which controls the company, specifies that February 16 will mark the approval of preliminary data as of December 31, 2025. The annual accounts will be submitted for approval on March 30. Following this, the Annual General Meeting on April 29 will review the accounts for the previous fiscal year, with a possible second meeting scheduled for May 5.
