VIENNA, Dec. 12, 2025 - Julius Meinl, in partnership with Vienna culinary duo KUBUS, launched a novel Brunch Club experience. This event reimagines Austrian cuisine, infusing it with coffee and tea rituals. Eight guests enjoyed a multi-course menu curated to highlight the role of beverages as connectors.
Led by Elena and Peter of KUBUS, the menu offered dishes like Buchteln with tea-infused vanilla sauce and flambéed pancakes with coffee caramel. Celebrating the rise of brunch clubs post-pandemic, the event emphasized high-end culinary experiences in intimate settings.
Andreea Postolache of Julius Meinl noted the importance of coffee and tea in fostering connections, positioning the Brunch Club as an innovative platform for culinary creativity.
