Julius Baer Places EUR 500 Million Senior Unsecured Notes
Zurich, 11 June 2025 – Julius Baer Group Ltd. has successfully placed EUR 500 million in 5-year senior unsecured notes via ELM B.V., a Dutch-based repackaging entity. This strategic issuance enhances Julius Baer’s funding diversity in the international debt markets. Aimed at European institutional investors, the funds are earmarked for general corporate purposes.
The structure involves Julius Baer issuing loan notes to ELM B.V., which subsequently distributes its own secured notes to investors. The notes feature a fixed annual coupon rate of 3.375% and are issued in EUR 100,000 denominations. An application is underway for listing on Euronext Dublin.
