JP Morgan's investment in DBV Technologies reaches new thresholds
On February 26, 2026, JP Morgan Chase & Co. announced that it had crossed below the 10% threshold of both the share capital and voting rights of DBV Technologies. As of February 24, 2026, it held 21,737,834 shares, representing 7.91% of the share capital. This decrease is due to a reduction in the number of shares held through the acquisition of shares by mutual agreement.
JP Morgan Securities LLC holds 19,661,163 shares, JP Morgan Securities plc 834,771, and JP Morgan Prime Inc. 1,241,900 shares. JP Morgan uses several contracts, including "third-party shares where right of use held" and "depository receipts," allowing the shares to be used at any time.
This flexible structure also includes "equity swaps" exercisable until February 2031 to diversify its financial strategies regarding DBV Technologies.
