JP Morgan Chase reduces its stake in SOITEC
On September 14, 2026, JP Morgan Chase & Co. reduced its stake in SOITEC below the 5% threshold. This change was communicated to SOITEC by letter on September 17, 2026. JP Morgan's stake now stands at 4.92% of the share capital, representing 1,762,351 shares, and 3.94% of the voting rights.

The shares held are distributed among various entities within the group, with the majority held by JP Morgan Securities plc. The transaction reflects JP Morgan's portfolio adjustment strategy.
