JP Morgan Chase & Co. reduces its stake in DBV Technologies
JP Morgan Chase & Co. has reported changes in its ownership stake in DBV Technologies. On June 26, 2026, JP Morgan crossed the 10% threshold, reaching 10.73% of the company's capital. This crossing was achieved through its subsidiaries, particularly JP Morgan Securities LLC, which held the largest number of shares. However, three days later, this percentage fell to 7.30% due to a reduction in ownership by absorption.
In its statement of intent, JP Morgan clarified that it is acting primarily as a broker, without seeking to control the company. It does not plan any structural reorganization or to participate in the management of DBV Technologies, and its involvement remains focused on client service.
