Julius Meinl Living Issues Additional EUR 7.5 Million in Notes
On June 15, 2026, JML Finance (Luxembourg) S.à r.l. announced the issuance of an additional EUR 7,501,000 of 2024/2029 notes. This brings the total amount of notes issued to EUR 40 million. Originally, on July 11, 2024, Julius Meinl Living issued EUR 25 million in notes, which form part of the EUR 300 million EMTN programme. The new issuance further expands the Group's financial activities.
The new notes, identical to previous ones, offer a 7.0% p.a. coupon with maturity on July 11, 2029, redeemable at 120% of the principal. Market pricing is anticipated between 104 and 107, reflecting yields to maturity of 10.3% to 11.4%. Funds from this issuance will support Julius Meinl Living’s real estate developments, including projects in Prague, Bucharest, Berlin, and Budapest. These endeavors align with the Group's growth strategy.
