Jérôme Engelbrecht appointed CFO of the Mercialys Group

Mercialys has announced the appointment of Jérôme Engelbrecht as Group CFO, effective September 1, 2026. He also joins the Executive Committee, under the leadership of Vincent Ravat, Chief Executive Officer.

Jérôme Engelbrecht brings nearly twenty years of experience in corporate finance and real estate. Previously Chief Financial Officer of Proudreed, he held key positions at Gecina and Icade. A graduate of ESCP Business School, he began his career at KPMG.

This appointment is part of Mercialys' growth strategy, aimed at strengthening its financial discipline. The publicly traded company continues to expand with assets of €3.1 billion.
